WFSB Feature: Asbestos Safety Tips from Anthony’s Abatement

September 16, 2025

West Hartford, CT – September 16, 2025 – Anthony Torromeo, President of Anthony’s Abatement, was featured on WFSB’s Great Day Home Improvement, where he educated viewers about the dangers of asbestos and the importance of proper removal, especially in homes built before 1980. Torromeo walked audiences through where asbestos is commonly found in homes—from heating systems to floor tiles—and outlined the company’s process for inspection, testing, and safe removal. He also highlighted the company's free home safety evaluations and its commitment to health-focused renovations. In addition to their technical services, Anthony’s Abatement is active in the community, supporting the For the Kids charity golf event benefiting Connecticut Children's, with a fundraising goal of $100,000 in 2025.
